We know how important it is to manage your busy schedule in order to juggle family, your job, and take care of unexpected illnesses.
A little patience goes a long way in these unexpected situations, and we will do everything in our power in order to make sure that you receive the best care possible in the timeliest manner.
After all, we are parents, ourselves.

Appointment Schedule

Please call in advance so that a specific time can be reserved for you and your child.
Occasionally, emergencies in the office may disrupt our schedule, and we ask for your patience as we make every effort to insure the health of all patients.

Well Exams can be scheduled up to three-months in advance.

Walk-Ins

If your child is ill and you are not able to call in advance we will make every attempt to work your child in between the scheduled appointments. But please remember scheduled appointments come first.

Signing In

When you arrive, please say hello and sign-in with the receptionist.
We attempt to keep your appointments as close to their scheduled times as possible.
However, emergencies will always be seen first as they have the greatest need for immediate attention.

Non-Emergency Calls

Calls for routine questions or prescription refills, if at all possible, should be made during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)so that we may consult your child’s records and keep them comprehensive and up to date.

Nurse Advice

Please do not wait until evening and after hours for a problem that has been present all day.
Please call our office as early in the day as possible so that we may see your child if necessary.

After Office Hours

We have a telephone answering service that receives our calls.

The service can be reached by dialing 407-483-5900.

The doctor will receive your message and return your call.

If your child is sick, please call our office; but if the problem is of minor nature, we would appreciate your calling during weekday office hours.

If your call has not been returned within 30-minutes, please call the answering service again. This is to eliminate the possibility of a wrong number being received by the doctor on call.
